I'm Ryan Liske, Energy Advocate.

I grew up in Fair Oaks, California. After finishing college at UC Santa Cruz, I spent my 20’s and 30’s traveling the world as a professional Muay Thai fighter and then as a sales executive in the manufacturing industry.

About ten years ago, I herniated a disc in my lower back. The next few years were a blur of surgeries, medications, and, more than anything, excruciating pain. After trying everything the modern medical system had to offer, my doctors recommended spinal fusion surgery. There was a 6-month recovery period and a 50% success rate.

 

I have always known that I have a special gift, an ability to feel and channel energy to help others heal and grow. In my youth, I used this ability occasionally, often subtly, with friends and loved ones. But faced with the prospect of spinal fusion, I decided to put my full effort and focus on cultivating my gift and leveraging the healing power of my body, my mind, and my environment.

 

The results amazed me. Within a few short months, the days of never-ending doctor visits and new prescriptions were over, and spinal fusion is no longer needed. Although I am not completely without pain, I am able to lift my three young children freely, and I get out of bed each morning ready to take on a new day.

 

After this healing experience, I left the corporate world to share my gift with others who are suffering. I believe that my unique perspective on the body-mind connection, rooted in science and a deep respect for the power and innate wisdom of nature, offers a long-overdue alternative to modern medicine’s interventionist approaches. My experience as a martial artist also allows me to support clients to strengthen both their bodies and minds as they heal and grow. I am honored to be pursuing this path, and I would love to share it with you.​

I'm Abby Liske, Head of Operations.

I grew up in a small farming town in Michigan. From a young age, I knew I wanted to see the world and do my best to make it a better place. After getting my Bachelor's from Duke University, I spent my 20's living and working in ten different countries across Africa and Europe. I had a range of fascinating experiences, from working with small business owners in Togo to getting an MBA at Oxford and advising multi-national corporations as a strategy consultant in Bain's Belgium office.

When I returned to the US, I was invited to lead an innovative health and wellness program at The Wonderful Company (Fiji Water, Wonderful Pistachios). We launched onsite clinics for agricultural workers and their families in California's Central Valley. Our clinics offered whole-person primary care, providing acute and preventive medical care, mental health services, physical therapy, nutritional counseling, health coaching, and social services. We achieved remarkable results, reducing the prevalence of prediabetes from 50% to 25%. However, even with this forward-thinking, holistic approach to healthcare, I felt there was something missing - the model still revolved around a clinical setting and lacked a more elevated spiritual or energetic component.

Since leaving The Wonderful Company in 2021, I worked at a seed stage biotech startup and am currently a Director of Innovation at Elevance Health (Anthem), one of the largest health insurance companies in the world. While my day job is to drive change from within the corporate healthcare system, I am grateful for the opportunity to partner with my amazing husband, who is blazing a trail for a more empowering and intuitive approach to wellness. I provide strategic and operational support so he can focus on what he does best - helping clients enjoy life and become their best selves.​
